This Privacy Policy explains what data Marketing Studio collects, why, and how it is handled. It applies to your use of the service.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication state.
• Content data: the prompts, URLs, and source material you submit, and the runs and posts generated from them.
• Connection data: access tokens for the social platforms you connect, stored to publish on your behalf.
• Usage data: API call costs and basic diagnostics used to operate and bill the service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to generate content, publish to your connected accounts, calculate usage costs, and improve the reliability of the service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party processors

To generate content we send prompts and source material to model providers (for text and images) and search providers (for research). These processors handle the data only to return results to the service.

4. Platform tokens

When you connect a social platform, we store the access token required to publish. Tokens are never exposed in our APIs to the browser and are used solely to publish content you approve.

5. Retention

We retain your runs, posts, and account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your rights

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Disconnect any connected platform, revoking its stored token.
