These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Marketing Studio. By creating an account or generating content, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Using the service

Marketing Studio generates social media content from prompts and source material you provide. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for reviewing every generated post before publishing it.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You must not use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected platform tokens secure.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and source material you supply and of the content you choose to publish. You grant us a limited licence to process that material solely to provide the service.

3. Generated content

Generated text and images are produced by automated models and may contain inaccuracies. You must verify factual claims, figures, and brand references before publishing. We are not liable for content you choose to publish.

4. Acceptable use

• No attempts to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent rate limits of the service.
• No generating content that impersonates a person or organisation without authorisation.
• No resale of the service without a written agreement.

5. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to these terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability for any loss arising from your use of the service.
